  I bought a shredder from what was supposed to be a good NZ brand.
  I used it half a day, shredding small branches.
  As asked in the manual, at the end, I cleaned the rotor and oiled it.
  
  I notice one part is cracked. I go back to the shop to have it fixed.
  They send it to their 'technical specialist', who then tell me it is not under warranty, because I've tampered with it, cleaning the rotor and oiling it (as told in the manual).
  
  Don't buy from them, they don't repair under the warranty, they make you pay for the repair of the faulty machine they sell you.
